Because here's the truth—operating from a place of dysregulation doesn't yield the best results.

Acting from a place of anger, fear or pain creates more anger, fear and pain. It's because when we operate from this place, we're expending energy in the wrong places. We're draining the mind of resources and sending them instead to our physical bodies. 

Notice how when you're angry, your jaw tightens and your fists prepare for a fight. When you feel fear, strength goes to your legs so you can outrun the predator.


Instead, when we anchor into our best selves, when we calm our bodies and access our creativity...that's when we can do our best work.

A fighter in the ring is successful when they anticipate their opponent's moves and tap into their years of training. Not when they are the most angry or afraid.

You deserve to be feel calm. You deserve to feel peace. You deserve to have a regulated nervous system.


When you are the best version of yourself, it allows you to welcome in the next step. It allows you to give more. It allows you to help others more fully and in the best way possible.

Giving yourself inner calm during this storm isn't selfish, it's necessary.

About Your Host

I, like you, was asking myself: what can I do? How can I actually make a difference? And this workshop was whispered into my ear.

I am certified in NLP, EFT, Hypnotherapy, T.I.M.E., Life & Success Coaching and trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy®. My specialty is working with and understanding the unconscious mind, so we can shift what's no longer serving us and finally feel relief and motivated toward our goals.

I primarily support people who experience Misophonia, or extreme noise sensitivity, and have helped thousands of people experience relief; however, this workshop is open to all.

Pay What You Can

In order to keep this workshop accessible, it's a pay-what-you-can entry fee.

Why charge at all? I'm gonna be honest...I felt guilty having an entry fee at all AND, I'm allowing contributions because it takes energy to pull this together. I have a 5-month-old and bills, just like we all do. I have expenses to keep this business running. And I have put a ton of money, effort, and commitment into my training. It's okay to be compensated for that, and also, if you're unable to contribute—you still deserve to regulate your nervous system just like everyone else.

The recommended contribution is $22. Again, please disregard the cost if needed. You deserve this moment and I am holding space for you.
