About Your Host

Brooklyn suffered from Misophonia for more than 20 years before finally experiencing relief through unconscious reprogramming, using the modalities she’s certified in: neuro-linguistic programming, Emotional Freedom Technique, Clinical Hypnotherapy, T.I.M.E. Techniques and Life & Success Coaching. Brooklyn is also trained in Rapid Resolution Therapy®️ and has a degree in Communication, infusing these practices into her coaching for effective and lasting results.

Taking a holistic approach, Brooklyn focuses on 1- rewiring the meaning your mind attaches to noises, so you’re naturally less bothered by them; 2 - cultivating stronger relationships with those around you, to create safer environments; 3 - integrating coping mechanisms in a way that supports healing, rather than making Misophonia worse. She does this through helping you shift your perspective, rewire your mind and cultivate lasting relief.

Brooklyn has supported more than 1,000 people so far and her clients have experienced incredible transformations.

Her passion for working with and understanding the unconscious mind, paired with personally experiencing and clearing her own Misophonia, are evident in her unique healing approach.

Brooklyn is not a licensed mental health professional; Brooklyn is a certified coach practitioner.
